Policy

Cancellations

Appointments are very important at EYE LUSH and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice of cancellations.

  • A credit card is required to book appointments.  We require a $50 deposit for all new lash sets, lash lift and new client lash refills.  For returning refill clients, we require a $20 deposit. Less than 24 hours notice, or a NO SHOW, will be billed for the full (100%) amount or gift certificate/voucher forfeit. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. If our schedule permits, same day rescheduling is allowed. At this moment our booking system does not immediately refund your deposit when you cancel your appointments online.  Make sure to text/call us at 617-378-1877 to get your deposit back after you cancel your appointments.  
  • There is no fee for late arrivals.  Late arrival may cut your appointment short and you will be responsible for the entire session.
  • The cancellation policy allows time to inform clients of any availability, thus better serving everyone. Please book with confidence that we are here to provide each client with the ultimate salon experience.

EYE LUSH reserves the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who have 2 no shows or continuously cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. Our artists also have the right to deny service to any particular client. EYE LUSH is a safe space.

Refunds

We offer no refunds for services. If you are not satisfied, we offer a free removal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Allergies

We offer a patch test if you are worried about getting an allergic reaction, especially for clients who never had extensions before and prone to allergies.  However, clients may develop an allergy after getting their extensions for months to years.  We do not offer refunds for services if you develop an allergy.

Touch Ups

We offer touch ups only to clients with significant fall out within 48 hours, if they follow our after care instructions.  We do not offer refunds. Clients are required to notify us within 2 days and make their appointments within 5 days. After that, we consider their appointments as refills. We do not offer a lash fix to clients that don’t book according to their refill week/schedule or their refills were interrupted by refills from other salons. We will deny a continual and unreasonable amount of requests for fixes.

Salon Etiquette

For better salon experience and best lash salon service, please:

  • Book your refills according to your week to allow artists adequate time to give you the best lash result and fullness.
  • Remove all make-up and moisturizers prior to your appointment.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Don’t bring children to the salon.
  • Turn off/silence your phone.  If you are expecting an important call, please let your artist know.
  • Bring/request headphones to listen to your music, podcast, etc. to relax or reduce nearby noises.
  • Keep your conversation low.
  • Bring/request blankets if needed. We generally keep our salon at around 72°F.
  • Don’t forget to tip your artist.
